I'm kind of in the middle with that. Sure we have the right to do whatever we want to, but that doesn't necessarily mean we have the potential to do anything at all. I guess that the mood someone is in would influence their actions. In that sense, a person desperate enough to win or keep something, their life per say, they would do anything in their power to make sure they get what they want.

But then again, take poverty into context. There are a lot more cases of crime when you take impoverish people into the picture. Now I'm not saying that all poor people are raging murderers out to kill, I'm just merely stating the fact that some people, when desperate enough, do desperate things. The impoverish have nothing to their name, considering they have either lost it all or never had it, and at times, they may feel obligated to do something that isn't right, for their own sake.

I may have contradicted myself in that somewhere...but I hope you can see what I mean.
